Customer states that there is a creaking noise present from what sounds to be in the rear suspension. Happens when driving over bumps. Almost sounds like something is loose in the rear suspension.

Mechanic test drove and verified customers concern. Inspected on hoist and found the creaking noise is coming from bad sway bar links. During the inspection we found the rear sway bar bushings are worn out and need replacement. The rear struts are leaking, replacement of the rear strut and alignment will improve the vehicle ride.

Replaced the rear struts, sway bar links, sway bar bushing along with an alignment and vehicle drives perfect now and all the noises are gone.
These components can be a common failure on this type of vehicle and are good to replace all at the same time. We would kind of call this a rear suspension tune up. These repairs can improve vehicle ride and lessen tire wear. Suspension check is suggested once a year.
